Overview

Fortva is an enterprise document management and contract lifecycle platform for legal, HR, procurement and operations teams. Codeveil built — and continues to iterate on — its public marketing site: a statically exported Next.js 16 application carrying an enterprise pricing engine, an interactive ROI calculator with branded PDF export, and a full SEO layer, kept in sync with a separately hosted Spring Boot product backend.

The challenge

Enterprise teams were drowning in document chaos

Fortva's target buyers — legal, HR, procurement, and operations teams at mid-size and enterprise companies — were running contract and document management out of shared drives, email threads, and disconnected tools. The site needed to make that pain concrete to C-suite buyers in the first few seconds, then carry them through a pricing and product story complex enough for enterprise procurement without losing them.

  • Documents and contracts scattered across email, shared drives, and local machines
  • Staff losing hours per week just searching for a single file
  • High exposure to data breaches and missed contract deadlines
  • Real financial penalties from overlooked compliance and contract obligations
  • No visibility into document status, audit trail, or team performance

What we built

A conversion-focused marketing site for a fast-moving enterprise SaaS product

Codeveil built — and continues to iterate on — Fortva's public marketing site: a Next.js 16 application handling everything from enterprise-grade pricing logic to lead-generation tooling, kept in sync with a Spring Boot product backend and a separate WordPress blog on the same shared host.

Built with performance and iteration speed as first-class constraints: the front end ships as static HTML for fast, cheap shared hosting, while every pricing and feature change stays data-driven from a single source of truth rather than being hand-edited across pages.

What we delivered

Volume-based pricing engine

Three plans (Organize, Growth, Premium) across seven document-volume tiers, three billing cycles (monthly, annual, three-year) and six auto-detected currencies — USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, GBP and GHS — all computed client-side in real time. Pricing is feature-gated by volume rather than per seat.

Interactive ROI calculator

Models a prospect’s actual contract volume and staff cost into projected annual savings, turning an abstract enterprise pitch into a number the buyer recognises as their own.

Branded four-page PDF reports

The calculator generates a cover page, executive summary, full calculation breakdown and next-steps page — with embedded logo, clickable "Book a Demo" and "Start a Free Trial" buttons, and a generation date. Built entirely client-side with zero backend calls, because the site ships as a static export.

Lazy-loaded product video

A custom player defers a 15MB+ product overview video so it costs nothing on first page load.

Documenso e-signature integration

Natively integrated rather than iframe-embedded, including a plan-tier restructure that moved e-signature access down into the entry-level plan.

Full SEO and security layer

Organization, SoftwareApplication, FAQ and Breadcrumb structured data, sitemap generation, and security headers covering CSP, HSTS and frame protection.

Three applications, one shared host

A statically exported Next.js site, a live self-hosted WordPress blog at /blog, and links out to a separate Spring Boot product on a VPS — all on one cPanel shared-hosting account, without the deploy pipeline for one ever touching the others.

Frequently asked questions

What did Codeveil Studio build for Fortva?
The public marketing site for Fortva, a document management and contract lifecycle platform: a statically exported Next.js application with an enterprise pricing engine, an interactive ROI calculator with a generated PDF report, and a full SEO layer.
Does the pricing calculator support multiple currencies?
Yes. The pricing engine works across a 3 by 7 pricing matrix and detects six currencies automatically.
Did Codeveil Studio build the Fortva contract management platform itself?
No. Codeveil built and continues to iterate on the public marketing site. The platform itself is a separate product.
